Girls Night

Since we don’t see much of each other during the week, Caitlin, Jennie, and I have been trying to plan a once-a-week girls’ night. Each of us take turns hosting and the theme is soup so we’ve all been making different homemade soups while those not hosting bring a side or dessert or wine or something. The first soup I made was homemade tomato soup since my tomatoes had just been harvested and I didn’t know what to do with them. It’s been good to have that specific time to catch up with them each week, especially since it sometimes seems like that’s the only time we end up seeing each other!
